Gas Flushing Bag was developed and introduced into our product portfolio due to increased demand by our customers who wished to source as many of their product requirements as possible through Flexipol®.
Flushing with inert gases such as carbon dioxide and nitrogen is similar to vacuum sealing in that it excludes oxygen from the atmosphere, except that in flushing, more gas is put into the bag rather than taking it out.
Our unique Flexi-bar allows the process of flushing the gases such as CO2 and Nitrogen. This is similar to vacuum sealing except that the customer is putting more gas into the bag rather than taking it out.
Flexi-bar bag is impermeable to gasses and assists in retaining the modified gas atmosphere around the product. Gas flush products held in a strict temperature controlled environment enables up to a 14 week shelf life.
