Ripp 'n' Flow^® 2

This is a newly designed Flexipol^® - patented easy open sack system. This product was developed for those customers who need to empty the sack quickly in one go and with ease. Like the original Ripp 'n' Flow sack, Ripp 'n' Flow 2 concentrates on the customers who need to open their sacks without the use of a knife.

How it Works

The easy opening system for the Ripp 'n' Flow^® 2 sack has been moved to the centre of the bag. Once the serration has been torn and the easy opening strip is peeled back, the sack is then picked up and turned upside down over the hopper or bin. This effectively breaks the sack in two which allows the product to flow from either side of the sack considerably reducing the amount of time taken to empty the bag.

Ripp 'n' Flow^® 2 offers the following benefits:

Eliminates the need for knives to open bagged products
No contamination from paper, string, crepe and plastic which occurs when using conventional paper and plastic sacks that can only be opened with a knife.
Block bottom feature is available which is designed to create a stand up pack for ease of filling, palletisation and reduced slippage.

Suitable for fully or semi-automatic filling lines
Tamper evident design
Available in a wide variety of sizes and thicknesses
Can be printed in up to six colours
