We develop our people

We are committed to investing in the future of our team. As individuals progress through the business, we offer training courses on the job and offsite to support professional development. All employees are set annual objectives which are reviewed biannually.

We currently run have apprentices training across the business including within engineering, international trade and logistics operations, lean manufacturing operations and team leadership. All employees receive an induction in food hygiene and health and safety which is refreshed and repeated annually.
