Our block bottom dolav liners are an innovative alternative to the conventional side gusseted dolav liner. The block bottom feature creates a perfect fit inside the dolav, resulting in less material being required and eradicating the risk of product entrapment in the corners of the dolav.

Flexipol block bottom dolav liners fit perfectly into a dolav. The unique block bottom design eliminates product loss through polythene entrapment and combats common problems our customers were experiencing with standard dolav liners.
Traditionally, the weight of the products being thrown into the dolav would drag the liner down, so the liners needed to be bigger. Bigger liners were necessary to prevent liners being pulled down into the dolav. This meant higher costs.
Flexipol block bottom dolav liners overlap tightly around the top of the dolav. This prevents the liners slipping into the dolav. With our block bottom dolav liner technology, less material is required, packing is more efficient, material costs are reduced, which results in an overall packaging cost saving.
We can also supply liners for dolavs in both side weld and side gusseted formats.
