Flexipol high quality food-grade polythene Ripp ‘n’ Take box replacement system provides a self-sealing tamper evident packaging system that reduces the use of unwanted corrugated box packaging and saves packaging costs.

Cardboard boxes are widely used to pack tubs, trays, lids, currency, injection moulded plastics and components.

The problems with cardboard boxes are that they are not cost effective, not space effective, and put the contents of the box at risk of contamination.

Flexipol high quality food-grade polythene Ripp ‘n’ Take box replacement system provides a self-sealing tamper evident packaging system that reduces the use of unwanted corrugated box packaging and saves packaging costs.

The Ripp ‘n’ Take, user-friendly box shaped bag fills efficiently and can reduce waste packaging and bring costs down.

The self-seal feature boasts a unique adhesive seal which is available in both re–seal and permanent. The serration helps to create the easy-open system and eliminates the health and safety risk caused by using knives or sharp objects, whilst also creating a tamper evident design. All of this, plus the fact that they are more hygienic, cost effective and reduce warehouse storage and increase efficiencies compared to the cardboard alternative.

But how do they work?

Once filled with your product, peel the blue tape off the glue strip, fold the flap over and stick it down. When it’s time to open up the bag, tear open from the serration line.
