It’s nineteen years, to be precise – and that epitomises our attitude to quality monitoring and maintenance here at Synpac. It is gratifying to announce that we have maintained our excellent record of no ‘corrective action’ during the recent external audit by SGS for ISO 9001:2008. Paying attention to our established disciplines are part of our ethos and it is an essential aspect of good management. It helps us monitor and maintain our process from point of purchase, manufacture and despatch.
Our whole team approach has paid dividends and, we could not have achieved this year-on-year success rate without the full support of each and every member of the Synpac team putting quality and customer service at the top of their list of priorities – we are proud of that!
