Flexipol is a critical packaging supplier to the food supply chain. During COVID lockdown, factory workers producing packaging have been designated key workers. Aware of their important role to help support British food requirements, Flexipol manufacturing teams have rallied round.
Every factory worker has risen to the challenge. Across the manufacturing facilities, workers have taken their responsibilities seriously, following stringent health and safety regulations, maintaining 2m distancing, wearing advanced PPE equipment and attending regular training sessions.
As an international manufacturing business, Flexipol was well prepared for a COVID type crisis. The team adapted and implemented health and safety well-planned contingency plans. Beyond organising, we are so proud of the dedication and commitment of our key workers across three manufacturing facilities, who have played such a vital part in keeping food on the supermarket shelves.
